We'll talk through your situation, your goals, and your questions, and recommend the approach that fits, whether that's an estate plan, help with probate, or something else. You can meet with us by video or in person, whichever is easier for you.

Absolutely. We offer your free initial consultation by Zoom or in person at our South Tulsa office, your choice. A video meeting is a convenient option if you're busy, live outside Tulsa, or simply prefer to meet from home. You'll get the same attentive, one-on-one guidance either way.

Our office is in South Tulsa at 9175 S Yale Ave #300, Tulsa, OK 74137. There's free parking, and the building has elevator access to our suite, so getting to us is easy and convenient.

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If those hours don't work for your schedule, ask us, see the question below about evening and weekend appointments.

Our standard hours are weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but we understand life doesn't always fit a 9-to-5. If you have a special circumstance and need to meet outside those hours, please reach out, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We're based in South Tulsa and work with families and business owners throughout Tulsa County and the surrounding communities, including Bixby, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso, and Glenpool. With the option to meet by Zoom, we can also help clients elsewhere in Oklahoma, including out-of-state families handling Oklahoma matters for a loved one who lived here.

Estate planning is our focus, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents, and it's the heart of what we do. We also help Oklahoma families with probate and trust administration after a loss, and we assist business owners with business formation. You'll work directly with attorney Allie Palmer. You won't be handed off to a rotating cast of staff, Allie personally guides your matter and explains each step in plain language, so you always understand what you're signing and why.

We start with you, not a form. We'll talk through your family or business, what you own, and what you're hoping to accomplish, and answer your questions. By the end, you'll understand your options and what the next step would look like, with no obligation to move forward. If you have existing documents (like an old will or trust), it's helpful to bring or share them, but it's not required.

Just a quick intake form. After you schedule, Allie will send you a short form to fill out beforehand so she can review your details ahead of time. That way, your consultation is spent focused on you and your questions rather than paperwork. It only takes a few minutes, and it helps the meeting go smoothly and efficiently.

No, we take care of that for you. Oklahoma law requires a will to be signed in front of two witnesses, and a self-proving affidavit (which makes probate easier later) also involves a notary. We provide the witnesses and notary at your signing, along with your attorney, so you don't need to bring anyone. It's also better this way: witnesses generally shouldn't be people who inherit under your plan, so having neutral witnesses from our office keeps everything clean.

For our estate planning and business services, we charge flat fees, you'll know the price up front, before any work begins, so there are no surprises. You can find all of our pricing on our pricing page. We'll go over the fee for your specific plan at your free consultation.

For probate, we provide a quote based on the estate, but probate fees are also subject to the Oklahoma court's approval as part of the case, since fees in a probate are generally paid from the estate under the court's oversight.
